This is our first album.
All the songs, except two, are originals that I penned. The other two are:
- 5/4 version of O Come O Come Emmanuel
- Possibly the world’s first jazz version of late 16th century “Es ist ein Ros entsprungen“ or “Lo How A Rose E’er Blooming”
We recorded this live in a single session at Sao Paulo’s Restaurante (Austin, Texas), a venue where I’ve been performing since May 2005. Marco Gutierrez engineered the recording. The album art was by Mike Broadway.
